Sometimes the most powerful stories come from people whose names we never catch but their inner truth comes through loud and clear.

Earlier this month, Gary Clarke of GotChaDigi, and I, recorded a man standing in front of L.A. City Hall with a flag and an open heart during a protest. His intention was unmistakeable. He was there to protect his family with passion, clarity, and heart.

I shared the video as part of my INTENTION SPOTLIGHT series, and something extraordinary happened, it struck a chord with over 1.6 million viewers. It became clear that people enjoy seeing and listening to real voices, sharing real stories of their raw truth while I deeply listen in a manner that honors our shared humanity.

The success hasn't just been that it's viral, for me it's been that it's been transformational. It helped me reconnect to and reaffirm the heart of my work. It provided a new momentum for Shelley BE Intentional Coaching.

More visibility. More inquiries. More clients who believe in intention setting and showing up with purpose. The moment was signpost. It reminded me to keep going, to keep listening deeply to myself, and to keep daring to share my truth boldly because living intentionally is the work and understanding the power of intention is my life's mission.

That's why I'll keep asking, WHAT ARE YOUR INTENTIONS? And inviting you to keep creating and building our lives around the answers to this question.
