How do I schedule my sessions after I buy my Coaching Package(s) ?

After purchasing a coaching package, go to the Plan Holder Page to schedule your 60-min Coaching Session (Plan Holders). Choose a date and time that works for you.At checkout, make sure you’re signed in to your account, then select your Coaching Package so that one of your included sessions is applied. You will not be charged again.

What do I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my coaching session?

Accepted Answer

If you need to cancel or reschedule your coaching session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through your account on the "My Appointments" drop down page under your account.

What do I do if I use up all my Coaching Package sessions?

Accepted Answer

Once you’ve used all the sessions included in your package, you can either purchase another coaching package or book a single session at the regular rate on the Book Now Page HERE.
